How do I pick my hood and rail colors? We have samples we will note your color on your order. *Colors are no additional cost, you can pick any color.
How do I pick my screen color and privacy SPF level? We have samples we will note your screen color and SPF on your order. *Screen types are no additional cost, you can pick any screen type.
How do I pay? 50% deposit is due at the time of ordering, remaining 50% due upon completion. We prefer to accept payments via check. We do accept cash, credit cards and Zelle. *credit cards are 3% fee.

If I place my order, what is the turn around time? 3-4 weeks production for custom orders. When production is almost complete. We will reach out to schedule the installation.
How long does the installation take? Usually 1 day/8 hours, if more than 4 units it will be 2-3 days.
Can I choose manual or automatic screens or shutters? Yes! We have manual screens and shutter with a crank. Our automatic screens and shutters have a motor and comes with a remote.
Can I buy more than 1 remote? Yes!
I have my own hurricane security shutters, can you repair or service other brands? Yes, we absolutely do!
I have my own retractable screens, can you repair or service other brands? Yes, we absolutely do!
I have fixed or enclosed screens, can you repair my screens only? Yes, we absolutely do! We replace screens, we use the best no seeum screen material at lost cost for you.
I'm a contractor or a builder, I already have a screen guy or installation crew, can I buy materials from you? Yes, you can! We have all the materials you need for screens and shutters.
